The peak of fall color in New England provides opportunities for making stunning landscapes, which of course is great fun. However, I find the period after the peak to be a much more challenging and creative time to photograph fall color. The grand landscape full of color is all but gone by late October. But there are still myriad photo opportunities, but they require more exploration and ingenuity to find. The images in this portfolio are a sampling what I found.
