Forest Bathing

This portfolio explores a concept called shinrin-yoku by the Japanese. Shinrin in Japanese means “forest,” and yoku means “bath.” So shinrin-yoku literally means bathing in the forest atmosphere, or taking in the forest through our senses, or "forest bathing" for short. Hopefully this will inspire you to go "forest bathing" sometime soon.
